What we collect
Account: email, password (hashed), name, phone, city, language. Members: profile, portfolio, services, and verification documents. Clients: the projects you post. Everyone: support messages and basic usage logs.
Verification documents
Your ID and syndicate card are stored in a private bucket. Only you and the Mîmar reviewer can open them. They are never shown on your profile and never shared with any third party, including the Engineers Syndicate. You can ask us to delete them after verification.
What is public
Verified members’ profiles, portfolios, services and quotes are public. Clients’ names and phone numbers are never public; a project you post can appear on the public board only as an anonymous summary (type, city, budget range) and only if you leave that option on.
Who sees what
Proposals are visible only to the client and the architect involved — not even to Mîmar administrators. A verified member’s WhatsApp number is shown to clients so they can contact them directly. When a client taps that button we record the contact for the member’s own statistics.
Where data lives
Data is stored on secure servers in the European Union and transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can edit your profile any time, close projects, and request account deletion from Account settings. Deletion removes your profile, portfolio and documents; support messages are kept for a short period for dispute handling.
